Stephanie Sweeney
Hello, my name is Stephanie Sweeney. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in German Language from the University of South Carolina. (My Dad says that gives me license to talk at the dinner table.) I have traveled the world from a young age, and I found my passion interacting with people at the restaurants where I worked. I started my career in restaurants while attending school as a server and then as an assistant immediately after graduating. I worked for Annabelle’s Restaurants, California Dreaming, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurants (over six years at Walt Disney World), and Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse (Rare Hospitality). My last position was as Operating Partner with California Dreaming. I have years of experience as a trainer and leader of the front and back of the house. My passion has always been taking an underperforming restaurant and its people to the pinnacle of their potential.
